Subscription Commitment

When you purchase a subscription product or service from Zaltria Wellness, you agree to recurring billing based on the billing interval selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the next renewal date.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Logging into your customer account and managing your subscription settings

• Contacting our customer support team at least 48 hours before your next billing date

Cancellation requests received after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the next billing period.

Billing & Charges

Once a subscription charge has been processed, the payment for that billing period is non-refundable, and the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, you will continue to receive the benefits of your subscription until the end of the paid period.

Subscription Changes

Subscribers may update or modify their subscription preferences, including:

• Delivery schedules (if applicable)

Failed Payments

If a payment method fails, Zaltria Wellness may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled until valid payment information is provided.

Zaltria Wellness Cancellation Rights

Zaltria Wellness reserves the right to cancel subscriptions at any time due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If a cancellation occurs on our end, customers will be notified and refunded for any unfulfilled subscription periods.
